MSU gave an honor plaque to Miss Panida Yospanya, a 4th year student majoring in Community Development, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Mahasarakham University, who revealed a poor people and AIDS patients fund support corruption when she was an intern student, to admire her reputation, bravery as a role model, according to the university’s motto “Public Devotion is a Virtue of the Learned”.
